Please send in your registration form 2 weeks before the scheduled class date.
You may register in three ways:
- BY PHONE by calling (703) 573-4500 Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm EST. Give us the name of each registrant, name of class/seminar, and credit card information or purchasing order number.
- BY FAX: Students can transmit a copy of the completed registration form to (703) 641-9853.
- BY MAIL: Print out and complete the registration form and mail it to Industrial Interactions, Attn.: Industrial Registrar, BEI/Industrial Interactions Inc, 8302 Professional Hill Drive, Fairfax, VA 22031-4611. Include payment.
As a minimum number of students are required for each class, we have the discretion to cancel or postpone if not enough students are registered. It may be more economical to schedule a class at your site if you have 8+ students to enroll for training.
Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy
A full tuition fee refund will be made if cancellation is made prior to the first day of class. Cancellations made on the second day of class or later will be entitled to the full refund less a $30.00 administration fee. Should a class or seminar be cancelled because of weather, illness, or any other reason, all attendees will be notified as early as possible, and our liability will be limited to the return of any advanced payments that might have been made to Industrial Interactions.
Registration and coffee starts at 7:30am and class hours are 8am-4pm, unless otherwise noted. |
